REFUND POLICY

1. Deposit
A non-refundable $50 deposit secures your session date. This deposit is applied to your session fee and guarantees your booking.

2. Session Cancellations / Reschedules

  • Rescheduling: We understand life happens! You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your booked date without losing your deposit, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session, your deposit is non-refundable.

3. Weather Policy

  • All sessions are outdoors. If weather conditions make the shoot unsafe or uncomfortable (heavy rain, high winds, extreme heat), we will work with you to reschedule your session.

  • You will not receive a refund for weather-related cancellations, but your deposit will be applied to the new date.

4. Image Delivery / Satisfaction

  • Your session includes a set number of professionally edited images as per your package.

  • Once delivered, images are final and cannot be exchanged for a refund.

  • Additional images can be purchased as outlined in our pricing.

5. Late Arrivals

  • Arriving late may reduce your session time. Full session pricing still applies.

  • We cannot offer refunds for missed time caused by late arrivals.

6. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds for deposits are only considered in extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of Coastal Mermaids.

7. Agreement
By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
